The Homies 2008 :: Apartment Therapy

This year some of our favorite home design blogs have been nominated for the Homies award on Apartment Therapy. While all of the nominees are great and Design*Sponge is my favorite design blog out there, I had to cast my vote for This Young House. While I feel like I'm betraying my favorite daily click I have to say that, for this particular award, I feel This Young House is the most deserving of the lot. Their design inspiration and how-to tips are more useful and relevant to the type of lifestyle I, and I have a feeling most of us, lead. Don't get me wrong, while I love to look at images of homes worthy of a glossy magazine, I also want to know how to acheive a similar look in my own home. I also don't want the type of home I don't feel I can relax and enjoy. So with that said, please go to Apartment Therapy and cast your vote. Voting ends 1/6/2009.
